The Brief
I was initially introduced to Growth to design their new website. However, upon initial conversation I was conscious that their current branding (shown below) didn't speak to exactly who the brand are, who they're targeting and the impact they have. It was giving Canva designer.
So, after a bit of back and forth, the team agreed, we needed to refresh the branding before we dived into designing a website.
We needed to build a brand that matched the calibre of the business Growth were building. The brief was to elevate their existing identity into a premium, professional system that clearly communicated authority, expertise, and momentum - while appealing to ambitious fitness coaches ready to invest in serious, sustainable growth.

My Role
I led the brand overhaul end to end, shaping strategy, visual identity, and creative direction. This included logo design, brand marks, colour palette, typography, tone of voice, and brand guidelines. My role was to translate the founders' vision into a polished, scalable brand system that felt intentional, confident, and commercially strong.
The Approach
Every element of the updated Growth brand was designed with purpose. Colours were chosen to reflect power, drive, and a 'go get it' mindset - afterall, green means GO. The logo structure and corner mark represent a multiplier (in mathematics) - symbolising upward trajectory and compound growth in revenue their customers can expect. A secondary mark was introduced to highlight the community at the heart of the platform. Together, these elements create a cohesive system that visually reinforces progress, momentum, and connection.






The Outcome
Growth now has a premium, high impact brand that clearly signals authority and ambition. The new identity elevates perception, builds trust quickly, and supports Growth’s evolution into a scalable business. With a clear visual language and strong symbolic foundations, the brand feels confident, intentional, and aligned with the results it promises its audience.
