Great Touch

Great Touch

Brand identity for a non-traditional golf label redefining the culture of golf through the shared language of the game.

Year :

2026

Industry :

Apparel and Golf

Client :

Great Touch

Project Duration :

3 weeks

The Brief

The vision was to challenge what a golfer could look like - sleek, stylish and intentional, with clothing that allowed them to express who they are both on and off the course.

I was tasked to to build a brand from the ground up that felt rooted in golf tradition, but unafraid to disrupt it. Creating a sense of belonging for golfers while pushing the boundaries of what golf apparel could be.

The Approach

The creative direction began with golf tradition vs modern rebellion. Rather than rejecting golf's heritage entirely, the identity was designed to acknowledge it, then deliberately disrupt it.

  • The idea of the original disruptor became central to the brand, inspired by Tiger Woods and how he challenged perceptions of what a golfer could be. It shaped Great Touch’s attitude: rooted in the game, but never bound by tradition.

  • Visually, traditional golf references were paired with bolder typography, contemporary styling and a more culture-led visual language.

  • The halo symbol, inspired by both a halo and the shape of a golf hole, represents confidence, aspiration and elevated play, giving Great Touch a recognisable graphic device that connects directly back to the game.

The Outcome

Great Touch now has a distinctive visual identity that positions it at the intersection of golf, fashion and culture. It feels rooted in the heritage of the game while challenging the conventions around how golfers should look and behave.

The identity gives Great Touch a platform to build beyond apparel, creating a recognisable world that can extend into content, campaigns, collaborations and the wider culture of golf.
